Snouts in the trough by the sounds of it. If abuse took place on that scale how on earth was it hushed up and why did no-one report it before ?

Seems as soon as there is a sniff of compensation money the "benefit culture vultures" get the scent in their nostrils and realise they dont have to prove anything except "Being there" in order to qualify for another juicy Government hand out.

I remember when working was the way to earn money. I have seen "these" sorts of people having treble the money that the average person gets to live on.

In addition the real abused suffer often in silence without any resources to help them and because their lives are "so broken" they are never heard.
