Is this "fleecing old people of their savings" claim based on evidence? As for snorting cocaine ... I'm sure he won't be the first or last TV presenter to fall into that habit. That doesn't make it right, of course, but I'm sure TV-land has many skeletons hidden in the closets of various celebrities. I certainly think it would be a bad idea to have John Leslie back presenting a kids show, but Comic Relief is a rather crumby affair aimed mainly at adults, so it is rather different.
Did John Leslie even want to be a part of it, or is this just a story for the sake of a story? |

I haven't seen such video, but I know it exists and I don't think a person performing in such videos should be associated with children's programmes. Also he was photographed snorting cocaine and it appeared on the front of a tabloid. His latest venture is opening up old people's homes and fleecing old people of their savings. I don't think there is much demand to see his smug face on our tv screens anymore. |
