This is not unrelated of course to the threat by Lord Ahmed to block the houses of parliament with 10,000 muslims if this man is allowed into the UK. Of course these would be gentle, peaceful, moderate people.
You would have thought Lord Ahmed had more pressings issues on his mind e.g. the imminenet sentencing for killing a man while driving and texting. But then I guess his memory is very short and I suspect he will just get a suspended sentence anyway.
Lord Ahmed personally hosted a book launch in the House of Lords for Jöran Jermas a rabid anti-semite.
Lord Ahmed also claimed homosexuality is depraved and immoral and spreads disease.
A hypocrite ? a murderer ? a homophobe ? No wonder he got a seat in the House of Lords.

I don't know much about Wilders, but I expect his politics and motives are not something I would approve of, however on the subject of Islam, he is correct. The Qur'an is a thoroughly nasty, barbaric piece of literature and it does not deserve to be defended by people claiming to have liberal and tolerant views as it displays none of these things itself.
Anyway, the great Pat Condell puts it better than I ever could.

This is a stupid decision and reminds me of the weird law in Germany where Hollocaust deniers can be jailed-odd as the younger German generations have been amazingly honest in accepting the horrors of the Nazi past.
Basically I cant see any problem with someone disagreeing politically with Islam. Jacqui hasnt banned Richard Dawkins or adverts on buses that say Christianity is not true and God does not exist.
We are living in a strange world where our Government decides for us what we can and cant say or hear.
That is a FASCIST POLICE STATE - and this new banning of free speech is an example of this.
How can we claim to be a free country when we let in a Chinese Leader who tortures his own people - but turn away another Political leader because they have a view on extreme Islam.
It does not make sense.
We need to overthrow this Government - we need to get rid of the control of our lives that they now exercise.
Carol Thatcher was the tip of a very ugly iceberg of Political Cleansing that New Labour is carrying out in the name of "PC" and "Terror" etc.
Our freedom of speech is being limited and opposition parties need to stand up for democracy.
