veritas The family should pursue a private prosecution-I guarantee any number of lawyers would act for them and a jury would convict.

I'll never forget the string of lies told by authorities immediately after this poor man's murder.

Funny how a jury found out that the Police had lied.

The "authorities" now say there is no evidence.

They are basically saying the Passengers are lying about the Police account.

When you have such a clear cut case with dozens of NEUTRAL witnesses and the CPS refuses to take action against the Police then it shows how much of a Police State we live in.

How many witnesses would someone need to prosecute someone in the Police ? 30 ? 50 ? in fact even if TV evidence occurs it is usually not enough. The only Police who are prosecuted are usually by OTHER POLICE. I dont think I can think of one case brought by the public against the Police that has ever been brought in recent times ?

We are in a very dangerous country where the Police can shoot and we can ask no questions.
