Innocent Accused 20+ years ago I was involved in the hotel/restaurant business.Now while this may be unpleasant it's by no way unique.
Sackable,yes of course,but not a matter for jail.
At best a civil misdameanor,with an attatched fine,and removal of hygene certificate,not an expensive incarceration,and a ruined life.
