JK2006 A large roast chicken in olive oil with 20 cloves of garlic, boiled baby carrots in butter, roast potatoes, gravy and several rashes of... BACON!

It's amazing how lovely bacon tastes when roasted on top of chicken and garlic. The juices and savoury steam flavour is fantastic.

Half a bottle of ice cold French white burgundy with sparkling water.
