The POLICE have been instructed to take DNA of every person when they have a chance.

NEVER REPORT ANYTHING UNLESS YOU HAVE SOMEONE WITH YOU or you will be ARRESTED for your DNA. I suggest everyone spreads this around - because this is happening to THOUSANDS of PEOPLE.
Al That's just old fashioned community policing, although usually it only needs one constable.

it'a a disturbing story and illustrates that police are either becoming more ignorant or out of control.

It's sad that this lad isn't suing for wrongful arrest and imprisonment nor it seems, not even making a formal complaint.

I was advised by someone a few months ago to say just something very simple if ever stopped by a Police Officer.

Firmly, but not aggressively say "I am showing no resistance, do not Taser me." And thats all. Unfortunately Policing stinks in this country, down to the likes of Brown, Blair and their hideous ilk.
BR Within 10 years the whole population will be on the database if the Police carry on arresting ordinary people for no reason to get them on the database.

The only reason for these things is that the Police have decided that if you enter a police station for any reason you will get DNAd and fingerprinted - especially if you are on your own.

We live in a true Police State now. Yesterday the protests showed the strength of resources the Police actually have. Thousands of officers in various places. Yet the day to day policing continued. Which shows that they have nothing to do most of the time except fill in paper.

If the Police want to win over the public then they should try and police the criminals rather than people with a genuine protest and grievance.

Once again it is the innocent who the Police target and the Criminals get away with whatever they want.
andrew Yep 8 year old on bikes. They didn't take DNA or swabs but they they were telling them off and said go home and tell your parents what you done.
