Lamb is probally the best meat,certainly for a resturant curry.
Do you find it a bit greasy,prepared in that way?
Does sound nice though,especially slow cooked to pink. |

Leg of lamb steaks cut into tender chunks, slow cooked in olive oil, served pink and warm on a chicory salad with balsamic vinaigrette, mashed potatoes, small glass of Sauternes, ice cold, with sparkling mineral water.
Comfort food to go with my nice white clean teeth. |
