Innocent Accused Lamb is probally the best meat,certainly for a resturant curry.
Do you find it a bit greasy,prepared in that way?
Does sound nice though,especially slow cooked to pink.
JK2006 Leg of lamb steaks cut into tender chunks, slow cooked in olive oil, served pink and warm on a chicory salad with balsamic vinaigrette, mashed potatoes, small glass of Sauternes, ice cold, with sparkling mineral water.

Comfort food to go with my nice white clean teeth.
