andrew I have spotify but I still by Cd's nothing beats a shelf just stacked with Cd's and you can take Cd's to the car unlike the PC.

Spotify still doesn't have everything available unlike Amazon will have.

spotify.com allows you to play virtually any track ever made completely free, apart from having to listen to adverts every 1/2 hour.
This is great for the consumer, but could be disastrous for cd sales and thus the artists and record companies.
Who's going to buy cds now, when you can listen for free on demand?
