Innocent Accused Really needs a slime ball like Max Clifford to dig into 'em.
He's actually got the clout to pull it off.Probally for the wrong motive though.
david a very astute post, which got me thinking.

I sincerely hope that with all that's going on at the moment, society really will start to re-orientate its moral compass on all fronts.

but maybe I'm naive.
BR Totally spot on JK.

The problem is not the "Organisation" it is the morals of the people they now employ and the way in which they allow them to lie and cheat and be more criminal than the criminals.

The Met is rotten to the core. It should be broken up and perhaps run by people who actually care about society and the job of protecting the public instead of harassing the public.
JK2006 Politicians (ruled by tabloids) are now crying for an examination of police tactics in demonstrations.

Wrong.

It's police morality that needs examination and correction.
The morality that killed Sally Clark, jailed innocent men like Barry George and Jonathan King.

But the tabloids, being well aware that readers don't want stories about society crumbling, feed us with stories of minor problems rather than the bigger picture.

A decent broadsheet (is there one?) should pick up on the wider story.

Message to editors and proprietors - don't underestimate the intelligence of the majority of people (who don't howl slogans or spit insults).

It's a bad mistake to assume the loudest are also the most.

That's one reason why circulations are dropping like stones.
