Still awaiting 'When Louis Met Jonathan King'. Come on Louis...you know you want to!! Or perhaps JK wouldn't be so keen? |

I only saw the last half (football delayed Heartbeat), and I thought that Louis lacked his usual neutrality. He seemed slightly uncomfortable, although felt he was trying to keep some sort of balance.
The picture bit interested me. I didn't quite figure what the fuss was about. The young men featured did not look like children to me, and as Louis pointed out they were not real people. It was just art work.
The place looked comfortable enough but I do have concerns about a society that keeps people locked up for convenience long after their real sentence has expired. They claim mental health reasons but isn't that what Soviets often used to claim if people didn't fit into their strict boxes?
Maybe Louis should have probed deeper into the issue by going and talking to people in the communities about their fears of sex offenders. How much of it is media induced, etc. Apart from showing us life inside the "hospital", I didn't feel I learned a great deal from it. |

This Louis show was dreadful - incredibly boring.
I loved his US Prisons series and his Hamiltons and Savile shows (he liked them) and his Clifford one (he hated him). |

I like Theroux's programmes, but don't like him. He is very insinuating, I remember when he was with Jimmy Saville and his 70 year old friend visited him. Theroux asked Saville, so is he just a friend then??, whats your relationship with him, yeah like he's bumming this 70 year old man!!! |
