hmmm, not many sources being named there..... who are these "other researchers" ? some people are named but on the whole it's just "another researcher" or "other researchers".

I'm not saying that what is alleged in the article isn't true, but it is at best a poor piece of writing due to lack of concrete evidence and at worst possibly misleading.

david JK, what is the source of this?
The Cat I have a wait and see attitude to the swine fever claims. In 1918 (before my time) the Spanish Flu had a brief mild spell before disappearing and was apparently 'poo-pooed' by sceptics, but then it came back with a vengeance in the Autumn and killed millions across the globe. I think that if swine fever, or any new virus, does exist we should all make an effort to get it now while it's mild then build up a natural reistance in case it should return later.

No harm in taking precautions. If it turns out to be a false alarm, no real harm done, but if it turns out to be true then at least we'll be prepared.
