Martin K I marinated four chicken breasts, in tandoori style paste, and basted them with Muller apricot yoghurt, served with shallot fried rice and lamb triangles with salad and lemon.
The apricot flavour,(fresh ones can be sharp) albeit from a german yoghurt, was incredible. An amusing dish, I wouldn`t tell anyone what was in it , until they had finished!
JK2006 Real comfort food sticking to the sides of the stomach.
Nourishing and filling.
Is it just me or has it turned bloody cold for May??
Martin K Alborio rice in vine leaves, bbq`d chicken, lamb and steak, and a wonderful sweet cake pudding , courtesy of our Turkish friends.
Just brilliant, I take all I can in` from foriegn cookery, but the Anglophile in me, never does it quite as good.
