andrew as my Y.m.c.a is in Folkestone we don't tend to feel the heat due to the sea breeze we get. I go to the beach during my lunch hour and I got burnt on the arms.
Martin K We tend to eat very well, although the diet when we are away is allways the local Indian.
This poor belated banana is getting a lot of stick!
Should you make a milkshake from, I can thouroughly recommend that you drink it instantly, as I put half of one in the fridge once and in the morning, it was not a satisfying colour.
The hottest day of the year today, in which I will be stuck on the motorway, I had better empty all fruit bowls Andrew!Too many wasps!
Michael I was just going to recommend using the soggy banana in a milkshake! This is your daily tip from handbag.com. Over and out.
andrew I'm sure the banana has gone to a much better place. RIP.

why would a musican have a fruit bowl they wouuld like fruit in shakes and sodas or even fried.
Martin K There is a further funny story about that poor lonely banana.
As it was the only one in the fruit bowl, nobody actually ever ate it, as they didn`t want to take the last one in the bowl.
It died uneaten black and soggy.
I have found a solution in tasteless tomatoes though as a result,it`s simple. Don`t put them in the fridge, but put them next to ripening fruit, and they actually develope a flavour, and go a decent colour.
