Innocent Accused, I think Tsvangirai is in a very unenviable position indeed.
The man has fought long and hard against Mugabe; his fellow party members have been intimidated and killed throughout the country; even his wife's recent death is suspicious. I think you have to give him credit for staying the course in spite of horrendous odds.
There are ways and ways of defeating dictatorships- Tsvangirai has finally chosen a pragmatic approach, tho I bet he didn't do so lightly. He must surely have thought long and hard about the continuing brutal treatment that would be meated out to his people had he continued one more time in his outright opposition to all things Mugabe.
I have respect for him, as I can imagine after the last (rigged)elections he found himself in a near impossible situation.
That is not to say that I don't empathise with the feelings of those who have fled Zimbabwe and saw in him hope of a real change.

Innocent Accused
His own countrymen weren't quite so impressed.
You stand up to tyranny, not get into bed with it.
