Innocent Accused Being a 60s man when you mentioned drugs I thought you meant the fun ones.

Sorry to hear about the diabetes,got it myself,and it really is a life sentence.
JK2006 I hate chemicals.
But as you get older, you start taking more and more.
I've taken a pill to stop my body making uric acid (gout since teens) for decades. Baby aspirin to thin blood (Dad and Granddad both died at 42 from heart problems).
Pills to lower blood pressure.
Pills for diabetes (recent).
Pills for cholesterol.

I hate taking all of them. I'd like to take none.

I tell you what's best for my health.

Not pills.

Swimming. 5 hours a day.

Then I feel great.
