veritas bit weird...I wouldn't mind sitting at the bar but wouldn't one need a seatbelt ?

sounds like a publicity stunt.

I think they are also doing a "10 pound Pom" seat to Australia but there are only 300 seats and you have to have a work permit.

Most young 'Poms' who do get here seem to give up the idea of work and you need to negotiate your away around the drunken ones in Kings Cross or Bondi.

BR We put up with it on British Rail and the Tube with overcrowding. There are rollercoasters that have you in the standing position - so the technology is there even for turbulent rides.

Within 10 years this could be the new economy class ride.
