veritas	nepotism is exactly what happens and is very difficult to prevent it. And nepotism by nature advances the same frame of thinking-the same power structure. David Icke sensationalises it but it isn't hard to see it historically. Just look at the Bush family..from great grandfather who organised a failed coup against FDR-to grandfather who financed Hitler and held his wealth in a NY bank but avoided charges-to George Snr to George Jnr. The only time the USA was free of real fascism was from the beginning of FDR's New Deal that saw the rise of a huge middle class by transfering welfare from corporations to individuals that really built and spread wealth throughout the USA until the 70's-from then on it was again dismantled via every president since whether Repub or Dem-transfering welfare back again to corporations (the definition of fascism). The 'establishment' never gives up and rises and stumbles and rises again. Indeed-it's very reptilian.
BR	OK - this is where you ARE wrong Veritas. They are not figureheads. The UK Royal Family OWNS most of the UK - and in fact are the World's biggest landowners. Take a county like Herefordshire - Prince Charles is the biggest landowner in the County. Though they pretend to be figureheads in reality they have more influence and power. People in their bloodlines like the ROTHSCHILD FAMILY and the ROCKEFELLER family - once you put together say the leading 20 families of the World financially you will find that they are the power brokers of the World. I agree that supporting your family is important - but continueing to interbreed is certainly not. Just go back through history and you will see that "BLUE BLOOD" is essential for marriages. The day William or Harry marry a girl from a local comprehensive who has no bloodline link to them will be the day when I believe that the "reptillian theory" is not true ! Also when we have a Prime Minister who has not gone to a top school with Lords and Ladies. For instance BORIS is related to the Queen - so is CAMERON. Blair and Brown went to top private schools as did many others. This is not a class issue as some would have you believe - it has to do with breeding !!!
Locked Out	Ah, so what we're really talking about here is nepotism. IF that's the case why not just say so? You don't need to be part lizard to look after your rellies, believe me.
veritas	I won't have my Queen called a reptile !! but I do believe this 'bloodline' business has relevence. As far as most of Europe's Royal Families go-of course they are all related. That's why they have to bring in the ocassional commoner like Princess Mary from Tasmania who will one day be Queen of Denmark (from far enough away so the genes aren't related).Looking at her gormless husband you can almost see the relief on the rest of the familes faces. But Royal families everywhere are just figure heads aren't they ? ( except Thailand where the King is so revered his has ultimate power but rarely exercises it) They're there to do the 'establishment's' bidding. I remember a wonderful interview with the great Tony Benn where he said the 'establishment' would do away with the British Royal Family at a moment's notice if need be. And remember-Prince Philip always says.."we can be packed and gone in 40 minutes..no need to put us against a wall and shoot us " ( I just love Philip !) But reading Icke's essays on some things does raise concerns. Take Barack Obama. How does a man like him rise from no-where in such a short time to become president of the USA?. And his biggest backers are from Wall Street that just brought us the biggest financial calamity of all time! I doubt his policy of universal health care will ever get implemented-and as for his plans to make the USA the leader in alternative energies-I'll believe it if it ever happens.
