JC	I thought, at first, that this may be because police believe adults might be hiding items in their kids clothing, but then I read how an MP refers to "social breakdown" and mention of "anti social behaviour among children". As young as two?? Are they serious? I'm reminded of a man I used to know who smacked his baby the day after it had been born because it had stuck two fingers up at him. I explained that the baby was too young to know what that meant and that it would have been a reflex action. He stared at me blankly. He wasn't the brightest button on earth. Seems that those running our country are just as stupid.

"Hand us your dummies - they may be weapons of mass destruction " Our POLICE are the laughing stock of the world and this article shows why. If another member of the public stopped little children in the street to frisk them they would rightly be looked on very suspiciously as funny men or women........ I leave it to you all to draw your own conclusions from the last paragraph above
