They have said any revelation would "harm the US economy" and rumours flying around say that several MAJOR BANKS are actually BANKRUPT. This is what they are trying to hide. The reality is that the Government own the banks 100% and their debt.

The recovery cant start until there is honesty. The FED supposedly owns CITIBANK 100% which was hundreds of billions in debt and just as bad a Lehman Brothers.

AIG is likewise totally broke and Government owned.

Capitalism has failed in the USA. They need to let go and let these banks go under and reveal the true situation. Unless they do the whole of the World could lurch into depression.
