Chris Retro	I was talking to someone yesterday who processes warrants at a magistrates court for unpaid fines etc. He said his workload has increaded tenfold over the past 2 or 3 years and is getting worse. He also said that the police are both out of control and useless - he said the amount of warrants he gets with obvious false names and addresses (as obvious as Michael Mouse in some cases!) have also increased with the advent of braindead PCSO's doling out on-the-spot fines
The Cat	Lots of kids grew up under the Soviet police state, with surveillance as normality, but they still rebelled and fought for their freedom - which they almost won. So there is hope for our kids too, BR. Just because we grow used to something it doesn't mean we'll always accept it.

Good to see our POLICE getting involved in EDUCATION so that Children do not find it scary when we are all under the jackboot of the POLICE STATE when we are older. By the time they are 16 they will be used to a constant POLICE presence in their life and surveillance - they will consider this normal. If anyone wanted an example of how the POLICE STATE is being constructed in the UK - this is the best example. As HITLER said - get them young. He had the HITLER YOUTH to make sure all Germans enjoyed the Nazi doctrines of state power. BROWN is just following this idea by basing police in schools. I think that it is appalling that PARENTS have allowed this to happen. The POLICE should NOT be in any school unless crime has taken place. No wonder there are no police to deal with incidents for the GENERAL PUBLIC - they are all in the schools getting the kids ready for the day that they take over the UK completely.
