Actually triggered by the case of a Father who imprisoned and raped his 21 year old Daughter. Looks like Poland has taken over the UK's honour of being Europe's most irrational and pedo-hysterical nation.

The Czech Republic already actually physically castrates sex offenders, albeit 'voluntary' (most of these people are probably mentally ill in some form so..).

How can this happen in a continent that supposedly has a charter of fundamental rights? How can the police prevent a British citizen (Gary Glitter) from freely travelling to another EU country (on the basis of being convicted in a third world court)? Are these fundamental rights only given on a pick and choose basis?
