david thanks for the tip Emma, I've had a quick try and it looks like I can do it as you did- will get round to it tomorrow.

JK, you've been so enthusiastic about FlashForward that I have found it on Demand Five, and will give it a whirl.
Emma Bee Our freeview is built into the tv also. We pressed menu and selected installation, then scan (or search) for new channels. The auto search is best. It took only about 2 minutes to complete the scan.
JK2006 My Sony/Freeview boxes have now changed automatically!
