david good interview with her on radio 4 too this morning, made me want to read the book.
JK2006 Good review in the New York Times - one of the brilliant things is it doesn't cover the later years of Cromwell (death of Anne Boleyn, a prime bitch here, or Cromwell's own later execution) which made me rush to the history books!

Check out her description of the future Queen Elizabeth 1st quoted in here - I laughed out loud when I read it in the novel.
JK2006 Great interview on BBC Brekkie - the one thing not mentioned is her incredible research; the detail is stunning but it's also beautifully written. It's given me a week of huge pleasure.
JK2006 First time the favourite has won; first time I've read and picked the winner - and not the other 5 (which I shall read at leisure later this year).

Wolf Hall is absolutely marvellous and a worthy Booker winner. I adored it.
