It seems the thug wants to sue The Sun, who first put up the video, for ruining his reputation!! |

My way of dealing with them, which cropped up only a couple of times inside, far rarer than you would imagine given the media picture, was always with verbal and not physical violence. Indeed I think I could describe it as near lethal verbal response.
I didn't go to public school for nothing. A friend once said "you don't have a tongue in your mouth; it's a razor blade". |

I had a similar experience in Leeds a couple of years ago. I was stood minding my own business on a taxi rank, when two morons started to make fun of my weight. "Oi! Fatboy..why don't you walk? Get slim you fat b*****d!'
I told one of them to 'get a life'. He approached me which was always going to be a big mistake..for him!
I elbowed him in the face..hard! His mate ran off, and I casually got into a taxi leaving the other dazed and confused.
The whole incident was on CCTV, but I didnt get the knock on the door.
I wasn't proud of what I did, just sad some people have no manners.
Oh and btw..these weren't hoodies or young kids..they were two smartly dressed men in their late twenties. |

that ex-soldier was amazing the way he kept his cool for so long.
I'm confronted by hundreds of yobs from Thursday to Saturday night as I live in Kings Cross and the place is packed with drunken yobs..and plenty of them are British backpackers full of booze!
One develops the 'invisibility cloak' where you think of yourself as a tiny target and learn to dodge trouble by anticipating it.
The real problem..dodging spewing girls |

Agreed, Al. Although, I wouldn't be surprised if the soldier does in fact get arrested over the next couple of days.
He probably won't be charged though... |
