Al While I agree that every citizen should be entitled to pursue an appeal to the highest level, and giving in to US demands happens far to frequently, I think you are over-reacting a little bit BR.

This very important case is being covered up and GARY MCKINNON is not being allowed his LEGAL RIGHT to appeal.

Truly shocking and makes a mockery of this new court and Blair and Brown.

The UK now has NO LEGAL SYSTEM that has any credibility if this HUGE case cant be heard there - in open.

I truly believe by these actions that we are facing a UFO threat - and MCKINNON has discovered this - otherwise why this awful treatment of a disabled man.

I hope the DAILY MAIL puts this on its front page again.

I think our new SUPREME COURT has already failed at the first hurdle. It is disgusting to any lovers of true freedom and justice.

This country has become a junta without a proper legal system
