robbiex Why are you hoping he gets out, he admitted to having sex with a 13 year old girl, which is a crime. If anyone else did this they would be imprisioned, just because it was a long time ago, doesn't make it right.
JK2006 If my assumption is correct - and this claim is only there to avoid extradition (or make extradition to France take precedence), how about a lawyer examining the Gary MacKinnon situation? If he was to be charged with a UK crime, would that put a "hold" on extradition to the US? Surely a man facing charges in the UK cannot be shipped out of the country?
