BR	The question to ask is : how did the case ever get to court ? Truly shocking.
veritas	and why didn't the police uncover this evidence during their investigation as it involved a meeting via the internet ?. That is their bloody job after all..if they are so ready to presume guilt when a man is innocent then they are just as ready for the guilty to go free..as long as someone -anyone is charged.
The Fat Controller	news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/manchester/8455161.stm The 24-year-old from Liverpool claimed she was raped after visiting one of the men at his home in Bolton, after making contact on the internet. But the trial at Preston Crown Court collapsed when computer evidence was produced showing her entertaining the prospect of group sex. Her identity has not been revealed, and I believe she should be exposed. Another case proving the CPS will attempt to prosecute should anyone cry 'rape'. Thankfully this time justice was served.
