steveimp I once asked an old team mate of Gazza's (Peter Jackson when in charge of Lincoln City) if he was 'salvageable' in any way. He said not, sadly. Feels that the PFA had let him down, as had football at large.
The Cat Two days in a row I hear mention of the town of Northallerton. First in an episode of Heartbeat on ITV3, and then today when a journalist I know said that he was on his way there. When I asked why he told me that Paul Gascoigne is being held at Northallerton police station after being arrested for drunk driving at Leeming in North Yorkshire.

Seems that Paul Gascoigne is his own worst enemy. I wonder if he's still a big enough name to draw media attention away from John Terry.
