JK2006 Actually not a review but an excellent interview by Lynn Barber.

And she's right - Max was not a popular boy at Charterhouse but did, indeed, write me a sweetly supportive letter in prison.
Toby in their review of your mate Max Hastings book. He's all over the media promoting it but I would have thought your life has been far more interesting - not always in a good way. But you are hardly anywhere on the media. Says more about the media than it does about you.
