Emma Bee I did notice that he missed the young escort, but I also noted that all the other team members missed shaking that boy's hand too, mainly because he was standing so close to John Terry and the line was moving so fast.

I just found this video on Youtube. As we can see, the boy holds out his hand to the first player, and was missed so doesn't bother holding it out for the others.
