veritas	fascinating..technology has positve aspects. Have these camers reduced crime ?..doubt it.Changed aspects of solving it perhaps. But then governments and the media pretend one day all crime will be solved. No-one will ever take note of the book Future Shock written in the 1970's that is all about this modern syndrome..that one day everything will be solved or finished. All building s built, pot-holes repaired..no crime and so on. We suffer a sort of mass psychosis as polticians hand in hand with the media pretend there can be a perfect society. It impregnates ever aspect of how we live today right down to the Bulger matter giving the poor mother false hope that in the right circumstances her grief will be cured.

You could put your hidden cam in your hallway so that your partner's smiling face is recorded as he/she leaves your bedroom. Or, if you have the money, install security cameras at the entrance of your property. Regarding proving that you were at place X and not Y on a certain date and time - I guess there must be applications for smartphones with GPS that will do that for you now?
