In The Know As Greece launches another General strike -

the Brown Axeman yesterday started the cuts for the UK (stealthily !) by announcing pay-freezes for various public sectors.

As he continues to claim there will be no cuts (then actually announces them !) is Brown employing his stealth taxes policy to cuts ?
