veritas Being promoted heavily in Oz for a premier in 2 weeks on the government channel.

Why do I get the feeling I'm going to be disppointed ?
Emma Bee I rather enjoyed it. Amy Pond's comment at the end about how she'd learned to recognise a lonely alien by being with the Doctor was a bit lame as she'd not been with him long and had only just found out that he was the last of the Time Lords. I also note that she didn't ask who the Time Lords were. Those little naffs aside I thought it was very well paced and kept my interest throughout. The kids said they enjoyed it too.
JK2006 1.4 million down on the first week and just watch another million or so drop away after this ghastly episode.
Emma Bee We were out last night so I recorded it. Will watch it today.
Al The ending was a bit simplistic, but this was more like Doctor Who as it was originally intended. Much better than last week. We are beginning to see Matt Smith develop his own Doctor's character.

Love the parallel with modern Britain.
