In The Know He was saying that New Lie-Bour will cut the budget (by zillions) purely by removing the layers of managers etc - hinting that there will be no front line cuts (yes, Gord !)

Wasn't it the Great B-Liar who (with his pet Foundation Hospitals) actually introduced the layers of managers ?

BTW Managers cost less than 3% of the NHS !
