I TOLD YOU ALL THE "FIVE YEARS" Started in FEB 2008 and will end at the beginning of 2013.

I certainly am - and you dont need to be a CONSPIRACY THEORIST to get the feeling that life has changed totally in the last 2 years.
you are right BR..Bowie travels by ship everywhere but so would I if I coud afford a stateroom!
I just dose up on valium. How long would it be before the plane hit the ground ?..I need a fast acting drug...maybe a Butt drug. |

That is of course true,JK. The thing is tho that the cloud is not a uniform sheet (is that English?) but quite irregular in shape. This morning they were saying it is likely to morph into a crescent shape, which would mean that even two places that are geographically close and be affected very differently. |

I know that David but it's not that much further than, say Italy from Spain - yet Italian airspace was affected a few days after Western Spain. |

Algeria, a small country?? It's massive- look at the map. Morocco is far smaller, and a long way from Libya. It's totally possible for the volcanic clod to have affected Morocco but to have gone nowhere near Libya.

I definitely heard the BBC reporter say that there were questions about whether the volcanic ash might have been responsible for the crash, although it was only a brief mention.
This web site does touch on the subject. - Weather conditions over Tripoli's international airport were good Tuesday, with three-mile (4.8-kilometre) visibility, scattered clouds at 10,000 feet and winds of only three miles per hour.
A NASA web site said an ash cloud from Iceland's volcano had reached North Africa by Monday, but a map from Britain's meteorological office showed it was well west of Tripoli at the time of the crash.
