Thanks Emma Bee. My pic was supposed to be sepia but went wrong and I couldn't be bothered changing it. Yeah I'll take it as a compliment.

I put it into boiling water and let it cook for less than ten minutes. It remains crisp and tasty. Same with sprouts and broccoli.
Blacklisted Cauliflower is my fave veg too. Not as nutritious as broccoli though, apparently.
