Prunella Minge Yes, a positive move. This bit of the report I found a bit odd: But the plan angered anti-rape campaigners who said it would do nothing to improve the conviction rate. What's that got to do with it? The focus on rates, rather than justice, is surely part of the problem?
JK2006 Hopefully now that will be adopted for all sex allegations - if this had been the law I would never have been charged.
Max Clifford's Empire of Evil will suffer badly.
