Lets not forget that the Tories are generally in the pockets of big business... works both ways.

I don't follow your point.

Yes, big business is attracted to the Tories (and why shouldn't they be?) They have built up successful businesses and want the right environment for them to flourish further.

Thats an entirely different situation from taking someone who is a shelf stacker and letting HIM run a Government Department !!!! (LOL)

The people who RUN Tesco's may make very good Ministers .... those who stack shelves (no matter how well !) WON'T !!!!

To pit it another way ... the Tesco bosses will probably make very good shelf stackers (how hard can it be?) but that doesn;t mean that shelf-stackers will be good bosses does it?

.. and my point was that someone who is a shelf-stacker (however good at that they may be) is not automatically qualified to then become Home Secretary and take away my rights !
BR I think we can all agree that the majority of MPs are educated at top schools and Oxbridge. Very few have real life experience - though there are some.

The people of the UK have become detached from the political process ( and the judicial system ) This is evident every day when silly things seem to be happening in our society.

The "Dont rock the boat" view is the one that everyone subscribes to when things are going well in their life ( for obvious reasons ) and those who moan are often either disenchanted because of personal reasons or have some religious or crusading belief which compels them to point out the issues.

Until those who bury their heads in the sand decide that they are not going to believe the LIES fed to them by the Mass Media and Governments ( of all colours ) in this country we will never move forward.

Our country truly is broken. I believe still CAMERON and CLEGG are our only hope at the moment - but they will dance the tune of those who have the chequebooks ( Like we all do - so lets cut them some slack as well )

We need to all work together so BIG MONEY cant buy us all off........the time is coming when that will be possible as the ECONOMIC systems of the WORLD crash around our ears over the next few years - it is happening already.

It wont matter then whether you stack shelves or run a Multi National. We will all be equal in every possible way. Something which we seem to have forgotten with the CULT Of CELEBRITY and MONEY which has been created this last 100 years +

Our PLANET needs reformation. It needs to see GOD and see CREATION and realise that we are but guests here - and without LOVE for each other it is not going to be much fun or work. If we show LOVE to each other and work hard for each other ( not for money of course ) then we will be blessed and we will be happy.....it really is our choice.

it was you that started taking about Tesco shelf stackers, which has nothing whatsoever to do with the central issue of the post.
