well they would, wouldn't they ?
In The Know With today's cuts announcement it has emerged that the cancelled contract for Sheffield firm Forgemasters (yes, the same people who were making parts for Saddam Hussein's supergun !) was only offered in the first place (by Lord Mandy) in order to try and "secure" victory in that constituency.
