BR Nearly a million pounds a year compensation for having her life ruined.

I think that is fair and should be applied to those who are locked up through miscarriages of Justice.

So if you have a 7 year prison sentence - then you would get £7 million compensation if you were proved innocent.

Great - hopefully it will set a precedent - and good luck to the woman - hopefully she can have some sort of life now.
