veritas I think the mother is sick. Mentally.

Why is she demanding to know Veneble's identity?. She is whipping up a lynch mob scenario and appears hell bent on revenge her style..with her in control.

She is everything the law should not be..she is not a dispassionate observer.

Why is she indulged by Straw and Clarke ?. They should refuse to see her or meet with the family of every victim of crime. How about the husband..was he punished correctly for assault ?..not in my book. I can't stand physical thugs..I'd look them up forever.

Her dealings should only be with her local MP.

This case is an example of how the media now controls what MPs do and say. I've said it before on here...when politicians get into bed with a perverted media they will suffer. Serves them right for not standing up to a bunch of cowardly and bullying media tycoons.

a good article by someone close to the casea.

Sadly, that is probably spon on.

It must be hard having to lice with another identity (must be like denying that you actually exist).

Terrible crime ... but also what has happened since has been just as traumatic.

I would find it bizarre if he wasn't on drugs.

I'm always amused by the media rants on drug use...if one section abuses illicit drugs it's the media.

There is a cafe in Kings Cross I drive past every day that was busted as a low level outlet for little pot deals years ago.

A journo I know did an expose on it...but not for 3 months during his 'investigation'. He said it had the best grass in town !

another I know got arrested for waving a gun in a bar when he was pissed as a rat and amazingly , didn't get fired but the newspaper paid for his medical treatment. Claimed he was under stress with a marriage break-up (true)..but woe betide the poor bloke if he was a stockbroker or street cleaner.
