Martin K ....party yesterday afternoon, with many nibbles which ended up in a local eaterie for a meat thali, I wasn`t even hungry this morning.
I am now waiting for a lift to another lunch time do , this time a retirement party, with all the food you can eat thrown in.
Well, at least I have gained the stone I wanted on my tummy, and I probably can fit more in.(maybe not)
And one more silly line for the old readers of the hair restorer thread, a few months back..
I am indeed fully foliculed, as JK and Aslan can verify by the recent pic!
Good diet or good chemist? Who can say? (or just a wierd head)
Aslan Martin,

As l savour another Salt n Pepper spare rib.

Aslan....licking his lips
Martin K I tend to buy a whole fillet and freeze it after slicing it myself.
My fave snack at the moment, is to marinate it, in slices, and then deep fry it.
Too much red meat, I know!
go north when I say Kobe by the way, i mean Kobe style (which isn't quite the same thing, i didn't win quite enough to afford the REAL stuff, and i'm told it's not sold outside of japan in any case).
Go north Seeing as I picked a few winners over last weekend (i love the world cup) i thought i'd treat myself to some Kobe beef.

I like it medium so simply fried with some hot english mustard on the side and some fondant potatoes & broccoli.

Could have it again tonight!

anyone else a huge fan of the fillet?
