Funny how when members of the public are attacked by the Police ( Like PC Smellie ) or the Tomlinson murder - then there is no prosecution and the Police continue in their job.

Yet when it happens the other way around - not only are the public convicted but risk losing their job on top.

ONE RULE FOR THEM and another for the REST.
