Elspeth Highland-Retriever I'm sorry, but cats have been asking for this for a long, long, time.

On the same day there was a horrible case announced of the torture of a cat in Oz but it received scant mention...Lola's case was headline news though.

That's scary.

(mind you the follow up video of Sylvester putting a lady in a garbage can is top news as well )

Actually dear boy the media jumped on it later on.The original outrage built up momentum via facebook, and is a classic example of 'bottom up' pushing for action, rather than 'top down' trying to manipulate a reaction.

Of course the media didn't help, but here in Britain we're a nation of animal lovers, and this was so against what people like me stand for.

BR Lovely cat - and have you noticed ? The Cat is not out prowling looking for revenge - just shows how superior Cats are to the silly tabloid led people of the UK.

Lola last spotted on TV's ONE SHOW last night curled up in a comfy cat box purring away enjoying the treats and getting on with the important things in life - cuddles - love - eating - sleeping and being friendly.

Leave the silly woman alone - Lola knows she is not worth it.
