BR The POLICEMAN who chose this man as the PATHOLOGIST should be investigated.

The CPS person who decided to ditch the case because of this PATHOLOGIST should be investigated.

This is certainly a cover up and a conspiracy. The evidence is compelling and I agree with JK that the DPP needs to move in and sort it out or this will run and run like the David Kelly case.

Ken Clarke should intervene and ask them to do a Judicial Review of the evidence and see whether they can discount the first pathology report in the Light of this NEW evidence about the unfitness of the pathologist to practice.

There must be a charge in this case or it shows that the Police now run the Justice system as well as the streets of the UK. Until this is done we are in a fully fledged Police State by definition. The "tail" is wagging the dog/
JK2006 It puts the new DPP in a very dodgy position and calls into question his judgement - at best - and his integrity at worst.
steveimp Totally agree. The evidence to acquit is now very much tainted.

Cover up doesn't really cover this case at all does it? Perhaps serious miscarriage of justice or even conspiracy?
In The Know A new inquiry into the G20 death must be called immediately.
