steveimp Thanks all. Such are things at the time that I've even got a Bishop to pray for my son and I'm certainly not a believer of any organised religion.

Totally agree with JK.

Best wishes to you both (positive feelings bring positive results).
BR Always prepare. But always trust that God will only give you what you can handle even if that is tough.

Love to you both from me. I just wish you well and pray that you can continue on your earthly journey. You are both wanted and though most of us on here have never met you - we feel that we know you in some way.

There are dark times to come on this planet - and there is a possibility that some of the nicest people are starting to be called home in the near future.....so dont worry too much. We are seeing many wonderful people leaving this planet at the moment - many very young - I have lost two of my closest friends in the last 2 years both under 50 and both totally unexpected........

Hang in there. Preparing is good so if things do not work out those who love you can cope with life.

Those of us who will be here in 2012 need to prepare as well. We need to get mentally strong and get to a peaceful state with God in whatever way we feel we can reach that.....

Angel Hi Steveimp. Having read your story I felt compelled to respond. My wife and I have had this day etched into our minds for some weeks. Today our lovely 2 year old (Stella) had one of her kidney's removed this morning. I'm happy to report that it went as well as expected and 4 hours later her kidney and the horrible, nasty tumour was removed without hitch. She is currently hooked up to various machines and is recovering well. Steve, My thought are with you and your family during this difficult time. My only words of comfort are that the specialists who carry out these procedures are nothing short of genius's who perform miracles on a daily basis. Best wishes for the future.
