Mr Sleaze Ah... I see your point, i'll copy and move to the other board and we can continue there.
JK2006 Pretty good I reckon (though music tips sit better on the Tipsheet and get greater music attention over there... this board tends to be on all the other topics but you're welcome to either Mr Sleaze)...
She's a bit Mariah Carey for me but far prettier and not quite as annoying in the "ten notes when one will do" arena.
Excellent production though. Very American.
How come Pete's got her when she's signed to Warners?
Mr Sleaze Wondered if anyone on here has come across Waterman's new signing via his SonyBMG imprint.

You can hear the record at www.lola-music.com

As you'll hear, it sounds like nothing else at the moment, nor like anything in a long while.

It's interesting that MTV have banned the record due to it's lyrical content, given they're happy to playlist any old gangsta shite. Perhaps they're intimidated that a woman can actually get off on getting sexed up on her own terms.

Would be interested in hearing people's opinions on this. It's already hit No.1 on the Music Week commercial pop charts, thanks largely to the Luminar jocks, whose punters are lapping it up, unsurprisingly. It's a punter record and one I think will be massive!!

Good news is she's no one hit wonder either. Follow up is the Scott Storch produced I Can't Take It, which is a monster track also.
