In The Know That's 4% PER YEAR, BR !

(Thats roughly a 12% cut over this Parliament - exactly what I predicted a few days ago).

Do keep up !
BR Is this fair ? Too soon to say but it does not look good. The Justice Budget is cut by 6% so a 1500 new prison desperately needed to replace some medieval jails ( Dartmoor etc ) is not being built.

Not impressed at all so far.
