It would have been UNTHINKABLE 20 years ago, so this shift in mindset is well worth many more "terrorist" attrocities such as 9/11 to the powers that be.

Chris Retro	I've a feeling this stash was "cash" for reason it's not been claimed - some kind of tax dodge, bung or other.
