Which is why, as we can see here, is effectively illegal. Though my initial post was of "greedy corrupt arrogant bastard" in consideration this is a declaration that large sums of cash equate to criminality, and that people just blithly accept this. It would have been UNTHINKABLE 20 years ago, so this shift in mindset is well worth many more "terrorist" attrocities such as 9/11 to the powers that be.

Chris Retro I've a feeling this stash was "cash" for reason it's not been claimed - some kind of tax dodge, bung or other.
